- Eco Clean Painting reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or supply chain delays.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, customers are responsible for:
- Providing clear access to work areas.
- Removing or covering personal items, furniture, or valuables prior to painting.
- Notifying us of any special surface conditions or hazards.
5. Eco-Friendly Commitment
Eco Clean Painting uses environmentally safe paints and products whenever possible. While we strive for eco-friendly practices, some projects may require standard materials for durability or performance.
6. Warranty & Limitations
- We provide a workmanship warranty against peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by application defects. Get in contact with us to learn about our warranty.
- This warranty does not cover damage due to structural issues, moisture, mold, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Color fading due to sunlight or environmental factors is not covered.
7. Liability
- Eco Clean Painting is fully insured, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during the project (e.g., mold, water damage, structural defects).
- Customers are responsible for securing pets and ensuring safety at the job site.
8. Payment Terms

- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.
