• What makes Eco-Clean environmentally friendly?

We are focused on conserving our natural resources (water specifically) and promoting a healthier indoor air quality for our customers.

• What is low VOC?

V.O.C is the acronym for Volatile Organic Compounds. In short, it is all the smelly stuff in paint. The chemicals in a new paint job can off-gas for up to 7 years. The materials we utilize have very low in V.O.C. content or some are even zero V.O.C.

• What is the Eco-Cleans process?

A lot of the steps we take during our coatings process are designed to be as eco-friendly as possible. For example, we use a high-pressure low volume pressure washer when power washing your home in preparation for exterior coatings. We don’t clean out our roller covers. We either put them back in the paint to be used again or we let them dry out and throw them away. Roller covers can take up to 5 gallons of water or more to rinse out! We don’t rinse any paint out onto the ground. When we clean out our sprayer we use the same water over and over until it is no longer water and we then recycle it. We also recycle all our leftover paint or donate it to habitat for humanity. We try and spray as much as we can to help cut down the need to rinse out brushes and buckets. Etc..

• Why did Eco-Clean decide to focus on Environmentally friendly coatings?

We recognized a need for it. There are very few coatings companies that have made the decision to do something about helping our environment. We all have children and I myself have a daughter. We want them to be able to enjoy the same earth that we did when we were children. The only way that is going to happen is if we make a conscious decision to change. So we changed, and we love it!

• What makes Eco-Clean different?

Not only did we want to help environmentally, but we also noticed a huge need for a change in the way coatings companies communicated with their customers and their contractors. Our team is trained in safety and promotes a healthy lifestyle on the job site. We are as clean as we can be both in appearance and communication. We are in uniform every day. We do not allow smoking, drinking or drugs on our job sites. Our team is polite and excited about helping you with our project. We also happen to be really good at painting stuff!
