Description of Duties:
Attend daily and weekly site meetings with the Crew Lead and in-house crew according to company guidelines.
Understand paints, stains, primers, sealers used, colors, client concerns, and anything relevant to the project.
Organize tools and materials to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure a clear understanding of goals, how to reach them, the tools used, and how to maintain them.
Address and resolve work site deficiencies identified by the Crew Lead during inspections.
Communicate with clients to address all questions and concerns.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years working on projects in the painting industry.
In-depth knowledge of several types of paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes and the proper application of each product.
